I understand that time and money are big considerations when thinking about having counselling, and that’s why I always provide transparent, upfront costs and details so you know what to expect.
Each meeting will last around 50 minutes, whether I’m counselling face-to-face or over skype, giving you a relaxed amount of time each session to explore the things that are important to you.

Things to note
If you’ve chosen skype counselling, you’ll need to pay in full through PayPal before the scheduled meeting. Just click on the PayPal button below to arrange payment.
I do offer face-to-face meetings on concession rates. If you’re a student or on a low income and would like to chat about your options, simply get in touch to see how I can help.
Please note, it’s really important to let me know if you’re not able to make a meeting, because I do charge the full fee if you give me less than 24 hours’ notice.
